Changshu Feifan Metalwork Co.,Ltd (FEIFAN) was established in 2002. Now, FEIFAN is one of largest rolling forged ball manufacturer in the world and is one of the leading manufacturers in the world.
FEIFAN has a facility covering an area of 50,000 square meters and equiped with 7 automated production lines which are developed by FEIFAN. Current annual production capacity is 250,000 tons. At present, FEIFAN has more than 100 staffs, including 26 technicians. The major products of FEIFAN include rolling forged grinding balls (cylperbs) and grinding rods, which can be used in both ferrou and non-ferrous beneficial plants, power plants, cement plants and refractory plants.
Main technical equipments such as: self-made mechanical hot rolled grinding ball production line and advance in-line heat treatment lines. The complete production lines with in-line heat treatment can produce high quality grinding media with different hardness grades and mechanical properties on request.
Our company has established perfect quality assurance system and passed ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18000,SA8000. Skilled production QC team and advanced test equipments definitely ensures our balls’ high quality with reliability and stability.
Our prime product is hot rolled grinding ball, which could be used in ferrous and non-ferrous metals miners, fire power plants, cement plants and refractory plants etc.
